Refund Policy
Because your payment is held in escrow until your advocate begins work, you are protected. If a case cannot be served, or is resolved in your favour in a dispute before work is released, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Once work has begun and escrow is released, refunds are at the platform team's discretion.
